Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Appointments outside these hours can be arranged on request for clients who cannot attend during the working day.

How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to reply to every email and form submission within one working day. Phone calls during office hours are answered immediately wherever possible. If your matter is particularly urgent — for example, an exchange deadline is imminent — please mention this in your message and we will prioritise accordingly.
Do you offer fixed fees for conveyancing?
Yes. For standard residential purchases and sales we provide a fixed-fee quotation at the outset so that you know exactly what you will pay. The quote covers our professional fees and identifies the likely disbursements (searches, Land Registry fees, etc.) separately. If unexpected complications arise that would increase costs, we discuss them with you before proceeding.
Can I have a consultation by video call?
Absolutely. We regularly conduct consultations via video conferencing platforms for clients who find it more convenient than attending our office in person. The quality of advice is identical regardless of the format, and we can share documents on screen during the call to walk you through key points in real time.
What areas of Northern Ireland do you cover?
While our office is located in Upton Hintzwood, we act for clients across the whole of Northern Ireland. Much of the conveyancing process is conducted electronically, so physical proximity to our office is rarely necessary. We are also able to assist clients with properties in England and Wales through our network of trusted partner firms.
